Serena Bateman

Serena Bateman is very excited to be a part of the Works by Women/ VHTD team! She is a Canadian singer, actress, playwright and performer that has resided in New York for 6 years.  She recently graduated from The New School and was awarded her BFA in Musical Theatre and Certificate in Drama Therapy.  After performing for most of her life in musicals, plays, music festivals, and dramatic competitions she has had the pleasure of presenting in venues across Canada, the United States and London.  She currently works for a Broadway producer, while writing and auditioning in the city.
